# Terms of service

> The agreement between you and Odrivyn for using the desktop app and website.

These terms govern your use of the Odrivyn desktop app for Windows, the website at odrivyn.com and the services behind them. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

## 1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Odrivyn app on computers you own or control, for as long as you have an account and follow these terms.

## 2. Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password and your approved computers secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can remove an approved computer or delete your account in Settings.

## 3. Companies

If you create a company, you are its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins, which department they belong to and who can manage the company. Material shared into the company brain is readable by every member. When someone leaves or is removed, they keep their own files and lose access to the company's.
If you invite people or share files on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

## 4. Acceptable use

You may use Odrivyn for lawful personal and business purposes. You may not:
- break a law, a contract or the rules of an exam, interview or platform that forbids outside assistance
- transcribe people who have not agreed where the law requires their consent
- upload material you have no right to use
- reverse-engineer, resell or copy the app, or try to get around plan limits or security
- use Odrivyn to harass, deceive or harm anyone

## 5. AI output

Odrivyn writes answers, recaps and practice feedback with AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check an answer before you rely on it, above all for prices and for legal, medical or financial matters. You are responsible for what you say and send.

## 6. Plans and billing

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Pro Plus, Ultra and Team) renew each month or year until you cancel. Stripe processes payments in US dollars; taxes may apply. The Team plan charges per seat with a three-seat minimum, and you can change the seat count at any time.
You can cancel in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
We may change prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription.

## 7. Updates

The app installs signed updates when you restart it. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a feature your paid plan depends on, you can cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.

## 8. Your content

You own the files you upload and the recaps and follow-ups the app writes for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

## 9. Our property

Odrivyn, its app, website, name and logo belong to us. These terms give you no rights to them beyond the licence above.

## 10. Liability

We provide Odrivyn as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

## 11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Odrivyn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we tell you first and give you time to export your data.

## 12. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email you before material changes take effect. Greek law governs these terms, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
